I had it. Went to a pulmonary specialist and said I didn't have asthma or a breathing problem. I told them it feels like a 3 pound elephant is sitting on my chest. I told them there is something on my lungs. Made them give me a MRI. mold and fungi. Ive started a blog about surviving mold which are all same symptoms as fibromyalgia ans lupus. Both of which Im told I have. The only thing that cleared that up for me was a friend who had gone through same thing and sent me to her Naturopath who have me an herb mix that I took 3x a day for 6 months. Chest pain stopped after first 2 months.

I have it almost daily. It's at it's worst when I first lay down and then I have to concentrate on my breathing. After a little while it eases up and I'm able to breathe a little better. I avoid the stairs right before bed because it makes it 50% worse. I have allergy triggered asthma and severe anxiety but it doesn't feel like either of those things. It just feels like there is something on my chest and I can't take deep breaths. So I lay there on my side and concentrate on my breathing until it eases. So know that you're not alone in this! I'm glad you asked the question. I thought it was just me.

Good morning. Yes, when in severe pain it affects my breathing and I get heart palpatations. I have had to use my puffer daily now. Soft hugs.🙌

Yes, I do. I think it's anxiety for me and just being tired of pain. I have low potassium, which I think is weird. I also find sometimes I have trouble swallowing and do cough during anxiety. I'm sorry we all have to be dealing with this. Tomorrow is a new day and hoping for less pain for everyone. Gentle hugs to all.
