Yes! Especially in my arms. I also had repetitive stress badly a little over 10 years ago in these areas.

I wish I loved yoga but that's when I started to question my health as I couldn't support myself at all as I had no strength. When I tried I had a really high blood reading for a something beginning with K which my doc couldn't understand as it was usually a sign of a muscle injury in athletes or a heart attack. It made sense after I was diagnosed. I try and do some exercise but I'm that tired after work that I constantly don't have the energy at all. x

I get weakness every time I over do it. I get numbness and tingling with muscle spasms and sometimes I get both for no apparent reason.
