Does anyone have problems controlling their body heat. From my lower abdomen to top of my head I can't handle heat, I sweat constantly and need a tower fan to cool off. But from my hips down to my toes I need heat as if I get cold I get severe agonising pain. My feet are always freezing to the touch, with tenderness, pain, pins & needles and numbness x

So, it's not just me. I can be hot and my feet are freezing. My husband laughs at me because I will have the ceiling fan going and a heating pad on my feet.
OMG @A MyFibroTeam Member that is exactly how I am. My top half is boiling hot, sweating constantly. But my bottom half can't stand the cold as it's always freezing. My feet are always frozen also my nose. It is strange and trying to get a happy medium is hard. I am lying in bed with socks on (which I hate) the covers wrapped around my bottom half but I have my fan on to try and cool my top half down. I would try lamb but I can't stand the stuff. Thank you for sharing though xxx
I am super sensitive to cold. Some of my fingers are very sensitive to moist heat though! Go figure! Have you tried chiropractic?
Yes. I even have spots that get colder than others, like a spot on my upper arm will feel way colder than the rest of me. And I also get low grade temperatures alot.
Me too! I am constantly breaking into a sweat and feeling completely overheated while my feet are so cold that they are numb.
