What are some of the signs for a flare up? I have lupus but have also been diagnosed with fibromalgyia. I'm trying to determine which is lupus and which is fibro?

A few yrs ago I broke out into a Lupus looking rash my Drs thought they misdiagnosed my FM. Come to find out it was just an allergic reaction to something. Lupus and FM have many of the same symptoms.

Sometimes it is hard to figure out because alot of symptoms cross over. I have arthritis and diabetes and several other issues that sort of run side by side with fibro. When mine flares, I have alot more pain, my brain fog is alot worse, and I have no energy at all. But flares are different for everyone. Not to mention the severity of each flare.
