What are good ways to battle fatigue? I've got 3 children and need help in this department I can't just lay down and nap. :-/

@A MyFibroTeam Member. I was crazy OCD on prednisone. During fibro flare there's too much adrenaline and cortisol which magnifies OCD symptoms

Have you been diagnosed with OCD or are you just a person who focuses on cleaning? You can have a flare of OCD too, if you are under a lot of stress.
If your hubby can't completely understand your Fibro issues this could be one of the reasons for your increased pain.
Any stresses and anxiety will cause issues for you, so you have to figure out a way to avoid them when you can.

I use a cpap and love it. I won;t sleep without it now

Have you done a sleep study? Apparently there are sleep disorders that make your sleep unrefreshing and therefore you need to sleep much more
