Do you feel anxious or afraid when ever you have a day or two without pain, you know pain is coming??

Health anxiety is a common problem for many and unfortunately the fear of pain (Fibromyalgia) and the associated symptoms can lead to even more anxiety even when you are having a good day. Try to recognize your feelings and understand you can actually ruin a good day by being anxious. It takes you getting control of your thoughts and rechanneling them to enjoy the moments and relief from pain. Not an easy task but it can be done. Good thoughts to you!

No, I'm long used to it. Rather, I relish these times when I feel normal, but I do tend to forget not to do too much, lol. Learn to enjoy these respites, if you dread the coming of pain, you only let Fibro win twice as much.

Nah... The good days are really only about one in 60-70 these days so all I can do is tell myself that there WILL be one coming in the future. I have (wisely, I think) learned NOT to spend those golden rare days cleaning.
