If you can, try to get biofeedback done, it could be an allergy or reaction to something, and this should help you identify it. A friend of mine went through a lot of having skin issues with red bumps, having them removed all the time, and then it all went away when she was eventually diagnosed with a gluten allergy, and treated that.

Not sure.....some virus like shingles poking it's ugly head. When r condition is low many dormant virus can start to become active....taking monoamine, which is made from coconut oil is supposed to be good for these kinds of things...

I get these spots too. They are hard and very painful for me. I get them on my face, neck, and behind my ears mostly. I've had them just about every where though and my doctor has no clue what they are.

Then red spots I was told by the doctor are called strawberry dots and they are harmless. Just ugle.i have them on my stomach area.
