Red Lumps Not Spots..

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone get red spot looking things, but not spots as diagnosed by my doctor on their chest, back or top of stomach?
They aren't like spots they are hard and very painful. Sometimes get under my arms or behind my ears too.
I've never had ache or got bad spots however when have a flare these occur and they're very painful and I'm quite self conscious of them as people always say I have nice skin.. Not now! :(

If you can, try to get biofeedback done, it could be an allergy or reaction to something, and this should help you identify it. A friend of mine went through a lot of having skin issues with red bumps, having them removed all the time, and then it all went away when she was eventually diagnosed with a gluten allergy, and treated that.

Not sure.....some virus like shingles poking it's ugly head. I had something similar.....In the end When I was able to find out some new food sensitivities I had and then eliminate the sensitivities....the red spots went away....I also had a heat sensation in my body with these......a Nutrapathic Dr can test for sensitivities...

When r condition is low many dormant virus can start to become active....taking monoamine, which is made from coconut oil is supposed to be good for these kinds of things...

I get these spots too. They are hard and very painful for me. I get them on my face, neck, and behind my ears mostly. I've had them just about every where though and my doctor has no clue what they are.

Then red spots I was told by the doctor are called strawberry dots and they are harmless. Just ugle.i have them on my stomach area.
I'm 59 years old and have ache. I went to a dermatologist and we tried all different types of creams and pills and it didn't help. Have you found anything that helps your acne?
