I have more and more difficulties with stairs.

When I go up, my muscles are burning and I get fatigued.

When I go down, I have to take my time. I lost my balance and my knees are hurting.

Do you have those problems?

Yes, I have all those problems. The worst is going down the stairs first thing in the morning when I'm still really stiff!

Yep,going down stairs is worse than going up them, I have arthritis in my knees too so not sure if its because of that or fibromyalgia or both.

Yes! The elevator at work was out 2 days ago so up 3 flights I climbed (resting between floors) my butt & back of thighs were screaming for 2 days. Sat on heating pad at work & home. Better today 😊

I find my legs are really weak walking up the stairs, coming down I am not so bad but I feel like a 90 year old at the top of my staircase, once I get up there.
