Has anyone taken mobic for pain? Reading the insert has me freaked out a little.

I am getting off it right now. It caused tinnitus for me and didn't work for the fibro to be honest.

I tried but did not do well. I retained fluid and my legs and ankles swelled. I also experienced urinary retention.

I've been on Mobic for years. I know there are a lot of risks taking the medicine. It's either accept the risks or be in pain. I can't take Celebrex because of an allergy to sulpha drugs.

Yes I took for 5 years for back pain. I stopped taking because we shouldn't be on these meds long term if we can help it. Now with osteoarthritis I'm on Celebrex. I hope not for long.
