I have a family and work as a supervisor in local hospital. I use the television to help me with work and rest breaks at home, I accomplish a lot, which makes me feel better about my diminished stamina. During the program I rest, and I work during the commercial breaks, ie empty dishwasher, change the clothes, fold a load, scrub the toilet or microwave. I have adapted this into my every day routine for years, those rest breaks help me exponentially and I have very few days that I cannot accomplish everything that needs to be done. Take Care, I hope this helps you. Be well and gentle with yourself.

Get organized. Do only what's needed if it's a bad day. And work/ clean/ do chores to upbeat music - it's very helpful! Try to carpool with neighbors if possible and take short naps to help boost energy when possible.
I started taking Maca from NOW for energy. I ordered it from amazon. It has been helping me.
