Is it possible to have Fibro and not have the tiredness that typically goes with it.

I don’t have the fatigue with my fibro either.

There are many times when I don't have the fatigue, but it almost always comes at some point during a flare. When the fatigue comes it scares me more than the pain, but less than Fibro fog.
