Does Any One Have A Problem Wearing A Bra? I Have Come To Hate Wearing A Bra, They Feel So Uncomfortable.
Some days all clothes are uncomfortable to me. My favorite thing to wear is a long dress with a built in bra.
Some days I have to wear my clothes inside out because the seams even hurt, I change clothes often and I will also sleep with as little as possible on. Now when I buy clothes if they are not extremely soft I will not purchase them.
I can't stand bras either. I have never found one that I can wear comfortably. I am always pulling at it till I can get home and get it off. Underwires area a big no no for me. They seem to hit the exact pressure points that send pain and t-backs are out of the question. I did find something that I can use and it's those no strap, no back silicone bras. You just stick one on each breast and then clip them together in the middle. Almost like nothing at all but has a little support. I hope that helps. Big gentle hugs.
First thing I do when I get home if I'm out is take off my bra. My husband is very supportive and tolerant, but he can't understand why the bra has to come off while I'm halfway in the door. My clothing choice at home is always a nightshirt.
I also cannot purchase anything that is not extremely soft either. And I have hated bras since I was 16 and never knew why. I find that the full camisole with built in bra pads are quite comfortable. The band from a bra around my sides are so uncomfortable and distracting to me that I literally cannot concentrate. I love the winter so I don't have to wear a bra and I can wear layers. It literally can ruin my entire day so you are not alone.
For me, my biggest problem is anything slightly constricting ( tank top, tight shirt or ANY bra that goes(obviously) all around my target point thoracic chest/back atea no matter how well fitting, will if not sooner, than later cause my back muscles to burn, tighten and flare up everything around it. :/ go for the fight bra/fight style and fit for sure! But for me, in the end...it doesn't really matter. A bra that works wonfrtfully one day-kills the next...it all depends on what my fibro is doing.
