My fatigue has been really bad this week! Does anyone else feel like their fatigue weighs them down, to the point of not any other option but to stop any lay down? If so, are there any options to help combat this issue other than laying down and going to sleep?

Members deeply related to the crushing fatigue that forces them to stop and rest, with many describing how they can no longer push through like they once did and must now listen to their bodies by lying down multiple times throughout the day or risk triggering worse symptoms or full flares. Several members shared practical approaches including mapping out their day with frequent breaks built in, resting immediately after work before attempting dinner or chores, and learning to say no to activities they simply cannot manage anymore. A recurring theme was the emotional adjustment of accepting this new reality, grieving the loss of their former energy levels, and finding understanding in partners, family, and community who recognize that rest is not laziness but necessary medicine.

Yes. There are times when I'm out shopping and I feel like I can't go one more step. I go home a lot instead of doing what I had planned.
