Yes..my neck, shoulders and upper middle back. Burning stabbing aching and sharp pain. Just writing this is causing me neck pain. The only thing that helps is BIG MAN hands massage. My massage therapist used to massage for the NFL-Cowboys Football team and he even tells me that the pressure he puts on my neck and back would make most of the Cowboy players cry! Ha ha...I said, well Fibromyalgia ain't for sissy's. Oh and a HUGE tub with epson salt and lavender.

I have been using Magnesium Oil spray on my neck, back, and shoulders. I find it very helpful but from what I am reading about it, I should use it more frequently -- consistently. I recommend it for all to try. We all need Magnesium and it is absorbed far better through the skin. I think it may help me sleep better too, but I'm still trying to track the benefits. If anyone tries it, please report back. Share your experience/results.

YES....that's where I am the sorest my neck and shoulders. If I have the money and can get a massage she can't believe how locked up tight I am in those areas and yet there so tender at the same time. She gently manages to get the knots out of those areas and it helps to lessen the pain there. I also get trigger point injections for migraines along my shoulders but I strongly believe it helps my fibro too.

I have this chronically, I have always just thought it was due to the many years I have worked in an E R trauma center admissions and now in the call center. Massage and ice packs seem to be the best treatment.

Yes but it's the least of my issues. It seems I can handle that part much better than the leg, hand, feet, elbow pain.
