I would like to know if this works for anyone else.I have learned that sometimes when Im really drained if I just eat a couple small peices of chocolate it helps.

Darlin, chocolate helps *anything*. At least in my books lol. But yes, chocolate is a carb, its a 'feel good' kind of food. Sugar is a pick me up, raises your blood sugar and converts to energy. So even a little bit could make you feel "better". :)
@A MyFibroTeam Member I tried vaping both with & without nicotine. Cigarettes are just easier. My doctors hound me to quit. Well, my GP doesn't anymore He knows I'm trying yet somehow I feel I've given up everything else "bad" for me.
I do like chocolate however not as much as I have before. Maybe my taste-buds are giving up too.

love chocolate, but sugar is not good for me it can cause more issues with my fibro. so I would pay attention to how you feel after eating sugar.

Milk chocolate doesn't taste that good to me. So, I rarely eat chocolate and when I do, it's expensive dark chocolate.
