try and talk to some of the mental health professionals in your area. you can have bipolar and be at the bottom of the spectrum and well that is depression the top of the spectrum is manic and that is a whole other monster of its own. if your not sure get tested because if your bipolar depression meds can actually be harmfull and make things so much worse. big huggs hope you get the help you need soon
