Does anyone have any suggestions to help me stay awake, anything like Ginseng or shots that doesn't cause a flare up?
I already take B12 under my tongue.
I am really struggling today, and fighting sleep is making my headache worse.
Thanks ahead for any tips

I have had my B12 checked my level was way to high, at the time I was taking 6 hr shots and B12 under the tongue so they told me not to take either for a week. That was rough.

Have you had your b12 levels checked by blood test ? If your levels are really low or if your body isn't absorbing the b12 through your stomach you may need b12 shots instead of oral vitamins. I get shots now and I'm feeling much better.....Also carrying aromatherapy oils of citrus like orange lemon grapefruit and basil help wake and refresh the mind. Diluting them and wearing them, or any scent you find invigorating { other then perfumes } helps too ! And yes, getting quality sleep is the most important thing to not being fatigued..

Get as much sleep when you can. Less sleep you get the worse you will feel.

Yes I have fatigue along with depression, diabetes and high blood pressure. I also have IBS, gerd, baretts esophagus, migraines. I've just recently had shoulder surgery and cervical spine surgery. Oh! I must mention I also have sleep apnea. I've had FIBRO for quite sometime along with gerd. Everything else has developed in just the past couple of years. So I'm a firm believer that FIBRO is a progressive disease.

That is what I plan on asking my dr this next visit. The fatigue and the heavy legs are my worst symptoms. I am hoping there is something that will help. I might try the above also to see if that does me any good.
