Intense fatigue and all over flu like achy muscles x 10 all day every day

Mine is the brain fog. Where once I was able to carry on a half way intelligent conversation, now the words I want to say are floating somewhere in space and communication has become so hard for me. Granted, I do have good days from time to time but, for the most part, I keep to myself due to the fog.

Mine is the intense fatigue and my legs and arms are not weak but they always feel intensely tired and fatigued

For me it is the relentless fatigue and pain in my back, shoulders, neck, feet and knees.
