Yes ..I remember last year when I got my shot I thought that the nurse must of given me something else. I could not figure it out now I understand but most of the time I welcome them. I also take a liquid form of B12 it's a sublingual meaning taking the liquid under the tongue 5000mcg when I can't see the doctor. I also take vitamin D in large quantity ask doctor 50,000 IU D2 caps once a week. .... Hope it also helps you. And many thanks remember no drama of any kind...enjoy your Friday with no pain.
I do the blood type diet. Been on it for almost 2 years. It helps with the inflammation and I don't get the body shocks as bad. There is a book called eating 4 your blood type. It helped me a lot. You need to know your blood type but once you do its pretty easy to follow. A lot of the things I wasn't suppose to eat I already didn't like so it was a win win.
I can't use anything that has any kind of artificial sweetener in it. My sister kept telling me I should be able to use stevia but it has the same effect on me... Artificial sweetener causes me to hurt worse and causes severe pain in my joints and I get really bad migraines.

Also a big plus I know works vitamin B12 shots ..love the shots for real energy.. Lots of vitamin D. Try to relax, swim warm water as much as possible.. Hope you find this interesting ..Enjoy your Friday as much possible
