We are seriously looking to move to Utah. My daughter lives there. Miss her terribly. Also, the family support. May be a grandma in near future. I am afraid of what the snow and cold will do to my body. Do you live in snow?

At least with the stiff I can take a hot shower or bath and ease ot enough to get moving. Once I get moving I'm ok it's just getting going. The swollen is a little hard to ease.
Robyn, I think you hit the nail on the head!! The swollen issues in summer are harder for me to work through than the stiffness in the winter.
I live in Northern Michigan we have some really brutal winters here. Months if 45 below and many feet of snow. I find the symptoms are just different in the different seasons. Summer I am swollen and winter I am stiff and sleepy.
I just moved back to florida from mi. The winters in the north we're bad on me. Florida heat and sunshine are great for me. But thats just me
You are so right! It is worse in the summer. I think winter is bad too but we don't have as much to do or the stress of thinking we have to do it.
