Best Brand And Types Of Vitamins And Minerals To Use?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I want to start a vitamin regiment for fibro. I was wondering if you knew the best brand and types of vitamins and minerals I'm looking to use?
Thank you all so much.

Recently added Malic Acid w/ Magnesium and 5htp, and a B Complex to my daily regiment of multivits, COQ10, D3, and Omegas. The difference was definitely worth the cost.

Hi! I've spent years reading & trying different vitamins & supplements. Also tons of money. Determined to find a cure. Hah! Magnesium powder helps & Epsom salt baths. B vitamins for energy! D ribose muscles. 5htp mood. Glucosamine msm chondrotin drink. SAM-e. Try things one at a time for 30 days to see if u notice a difference. Liquids are absorbed better & powders. Capsules r better than actual hard supplements your stomach has to break down. Joining a rewards program at vitamin/health food stores can offer discounts & employees r very knowledgable. I drink green tea for inflammation. Even foods can help. Halibut pineapple. I try to avoid chips crackers cookies unless I need comfort food lol! Good luck on your journey!

I take magnesium 250 in the am and 250 at bedtime. Also B vitamin complex in am and afternoon. I also take Epsom salt baths in the evenings (magnesium absorbs into your body this way too).. I have heard of tumeric, but don't personally take it. This is what seems to be working for me. Good luck.
