My dr says do things that make you happy and it may cause some pain but the endorphins are so good for your body, mind and soul. I like to travel but there are many times during the travel that I am laid up by the pool or just have to take it real slow and then I usually come home and crash.
Yes ,it seems ,with me anyway the more emotional I am is directly related to how tired ,sore or stiff I am and visa versa.I try to keep from relationships that cause undo stressstress,and try enen harder to not get to emotional over simple things but since I suffer from PTSD,depression,and anxiety it can get overwhelming easily

Stress is a big fibro thing. There are 2 types of stress; eustress (good ) snd regular stress. Unfortunately your body can not tell the difference between the 2.
