Does anyone have VERY painful joints. My hips, knees, and ankles have been giving me a very hard time and the medications do not help. Is this part of fibro? TIA
You may have osteoarthritis also, they seem to run side by side. I was told to take 2 Tylenol, not, Aleve helped me more so I did does, bur was still in pain. Finally my new Doctor me a pain pill, Tramadol. It work for most part!! lol
Yes I have pain in many of my joints (most often my shoulders, elbows and feet). I do also have some arthritis (but not in my elbows!) My fibro pain seems to be mostly in my muscles (they feel like giant knots) but certainly I struggle with constant joint pain too.
My knees, hips and ankles all hurt. Bending over and kneeling are very difficult. Shaving my legs has become a really ordeal!
yes i have aching joints, I use crutches and or walking stick. I know its the fibro so I try to keep moving about despite the pain. I do find after walking about for a little bit the pain can subside and i can feel better. But I monitor it, and have learned to listen to my body. I do things little bit at a time then I wait and see how my body reacts. I think for me its been trial and error. every one is unique
My hips hurt. I use fentanyl patches, it helps, also to get to sleep, I lie on my stomach, that really helps me.
