Also get vitamin d checked mine was low and my nails were like that too they got better once I started vitamin d and b 12

I went through this with my nails as well as major hairloss (the reason for my new look),excessive dry skin, numbness and tingling in my fingers and toes. I thought it was all related to fibro but blood tests showed my vitamin. B-12 level were dangerously low. Now for the rest of my life I have to have monthly shots for this. Not saying this is your case, just something to have checked if it worsens.

I have nails like that due to my psoriasis.

Took my nail polish off and wow my nails haven't had a day unpolished in a few months but I have a lot of changes like ridges horizontal and vertical and my lunar moon shape things are gone not all of them but pinky and ring fingers gone as in vanished and the other fingers it seems to be shrinking also my fingers have deep lines on them like I cut my fingers on my finger print that's crazy
