I notice when I consume alcohol that I experience more pain. Is this because alcohol affects your blood flow? Does anyone else have worse pain with alcohol? I do not consume alcohol to often because of this side effect.

More and more, I drink less and less- just because it hurts so much the next day. Hibiscus tea has actually been an amazing substitute for me to have a cup or 5 at night lol. Some great, organic, potent hibiscus tea has a very relaxing calming sleepy inducing effect- almost like you had a bit of alcohol. And bonus- it is so good for you. I really love it.

I can have a glass of wine now and then and do ok, but definitely when I had consumed a decent amount of alcohol- it produced severe pain all over the next day and nothing would ease it up. So ever since I realized, a little bit now and again will do me.

I have basically stopped drinking. I am in enough pain without a hangover. Sometimes I might have a kalua and cream which is only like 53% alcohol.
