Yes it helps me a lot . I will also list my frustration , depression , anger and all those feelings of things I feel and things I have lost due to all my pain and other health issues , once the book is full - I light up the fire pit or grill to burn safely - say a little prayer , burn the note book and let go of all of it and start anew ..

It's in the App Store ... I have an iPhone...it's called MY PAIN DIARY and has a picture of a book with a red ribbon hanging out of the bottom.

I find it very useful.

Yes and no. It's good to track what symptoms your having so you can tell your physician but sometimes our brain focuses too much and can put us in a deeper darker place. It all depends on your state of mind.

Actually, it isn't a bad idea esp. if you are newly dx to keep track for doc appt. I use to keep one on my migraines when I first started getting them,, cuz I was getting them so often et suffering from 2 diff. kinds so it came in handy. Also, if your memory isn't so good doesn't hurt for that reason either.
