I have been with my current pain doctor, Dr. Christopher Burnet, in Temple, Texas at Scott and White Pain Clinic for five years. He however has refused repeatedly to complete disability paperwork for me and he has become so bad his assistant recommended I find someone else. Now that is just wrong. I need a new doctor but have no idea who to turn too. Can anyone recommend anyone?
