Hi my balance is becoming an issue. I suffered labyrinthitis a few years ago and on referral to ENT was told I had uncompensated labyrinthitis and given head shaking exercises to do. A few years later something is back. My head feels pressured and I often feel like I am swaying and dizzy. A recent eye test showed dry eyes so taking drops for that but it's like I am screwing my eyes to peer through tiny holes. Also have started with a horrid headache on the back of my head right hand side of… read more

Yes, I am right there too. Head feels full and stuffed, often dizzy and light headed, vision goes out, lights bug me, noises hurt my ears and make my ears pulsate with pain.

My vision has deteriorated greatly over the last year alone by mid afternoon even with my prescription reader glasses on I am unable to read or focus on words. My balance is bad I walk with a stick at all times and hold onto walls in doors. I also get bouts of dizziness which makes me feel nauseous which I have been given anti sickness tablets.

I get Tention Migrains. So much pressure in my face. When I cry I its so much worse. Elevation makes it worse, sinus pressure aggravates it. Normally this type of "flare up" is always accompanied with dizziness, nausea, hot flashes, horrible pooping pains that have me laying on the bathroom floor. Buzzing in my head makes concentration impossible, as the pain is horrendous. My head feels so heavy I can't sit up. These can last for up to 5-7 days. My doctor is an idiot though and has not confirmed its actually tention headaches. But I am sure.

Have had an MRI? Because I was diagnosed with pseudotumor cerebri. I had some of the same symptoms.

It might be migraines. I have been diagnosed with painless migraine and P.O.T.S. Check with you doctor if that could be your case. Similar symptoms.
