Yep, I've been told I have muscle wasting disease! Thinking that it's from nearly 30years of CFS and 4 years of Fibro. There's Also the arthritis, and post exercise exhaustion, though finding short walks, meditation, and prayer. Helps a lot
I was told that I have "muscle wasting disease" in 2013 without explanation.
In Jan 2014 I got up from sitting and my leg collapsed (wasn't numb or anything) so I broke my foot/ankle on nothing but a rug. It must be the fibro-"myalgia".
In 2015 another "myalgia" came in my elbow and wrist while working, and had to wear braces because the suspected Ulnar nerve neuropathy was supposedly proven to be not so...It must be the Fibro-"myalgia"
I am now unemployed.
Thanks All. After reading your responses, I don't feel like I'm crazy or like I'm the "Lone Ranger" out here with leg issues.
my legs also feel as though they weigh 500 lb and I get this feeling like they are strained somehow, loke they are being pulled. I have the feeling that all of these things, taken into consideration that we are all individuals, add up to a syndrome that is just not being recognized. Hormonal perhaps. not sure. best wishes for all to have a good week.
I find when I go to therapy I hurt more and I don't like anybody touching me it's just like my clothes they hurt too
