I have all three at various times. I do know that I have nerve damage as well though so you may want to mention to your doctor as Claudia said. I do know exactly what you mean though. It's painful and honestly quite annoying.

Yes at times I have muscle spasms...and it feels that way...The burning on the back I dont have..I just have the whole baack freeze up sometimes like I am incased in cement trying to break out of the cement...the burning you describe.. may be a pinched nerve in your back or a disc..that is inflamed..may be another condition..but then again if you have really over done it ..pain can really become extremely hurtful..but I would have your back looked at just to rule out other conditions..♥
