Members strongly related to the frustrating experience of unpredictable temperature swings, with many describing sudden shifts between feeling intensely hot and bone-chillingly cold that leave them constantly adjusting blankets, sweaters, and thermostats. Several members shared practical strategies they use to cope, including keeping heated wraps nearby, sleeping with fans on, and layering clothing that can be easily removed or added. A recurring theme was how these temperature fluctuations affect both daily life and relationships, with partners often caught in the cycle of opening and closing windows, while some members noted their symptoms may be linked to pain levels, medications, or menopause.

Yes! I am constantly pulling on warmth then taking it off. Sweaters, blankets. On off on off on off. Drives me crazy.
