Members connected over shared experiences of head, neck, leg, and foot pain commonly associated with fibromyalgia, with many describing severe headaches triggered by neck tension and sudden, sharp foot pain that feels like a hot poker or causes feet to feel like they're about to explode. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped, including heating pads for leg and muscle pain, gabapentin for nerve-related discomfort, regular massage therapy focused on the cervical spine, and supportive footwear brands like Clarks, Merrells, and Skechers with memory foam. A recurring theme was the frustration of unpredictable, unrelenting pain that even strong medications don't fully touch, met with community encouragement to keep trying different approaches and leaning on prayer and support to get through difficult days.

I have horrible head and neck pain. My guess is that the headaches are being caused by the neck pain.

Oh and I do get footprint as well. I was told to wear Clarks miles with a small heel. I find merrells feel and help best. And sketchers with memory foam feel great too.

I get neck and head pain. The head pain feels almost like a bad bruise to the touch but worse. My massage therapist Says it is my cervical spine. Since she's been working on it I still get it but not as severe.
