I take Morning Moringa every day. The capsules contain so many minerals and trace elements that our body needs. Definitely makes things better.
I haven't found anything. I know how bad it sucks to wake up feeling like you've been hit by a Mack truck, sometimes I feel worse when I get up than I did when I went to bed. Ask your doctor about Provigil. Not all doctors will, but some will put you on it to help with energy.
O yes. Everyone think its Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS) But It Is NOT the same. Fibro Fatigue, can come from, STRESS Big Bad Nasty, Flare, Fibro Fog, Depression. When it hit's me I go straight to bed cover my head and sleep it off, You can't fight it, you just can't, give in and some times it takes three hr.'s, when it's over I actually feel much better. Just Relax and go with the flow...Cjo
@Jaquelinegh I used to go to the Fibro and Fatigue Center in Marietta Georgia. They are using many of Dr. Teitlebaum's methods, I'm not completely sure he isn't the one who has opened these centers. I can't remember, but they were doing me a lot of good there. Unfortunately the treatment isn't covered by insurance and we ran out of money. They do try to offer affordable packages there, but my husband was without a job for three years so that kind of messed us up.
