Members overwhelmingly shared positive experiences using medical marijuana for fibromyalgia pain, with many describing it as more effective than prescription medications for reducing inflammation, easing pain, promoting relaxation, and improving sleep without the grogginess of traditional drugs. Several members offered practical guidance on consumption methods, noting that oils and tinctures preserve more medicinal properties than smoking (which loses about 80% of benefits through combustion), with coconut oil-based preparations also working well as topical ointments, while vaporizers and edibles were popular alternatives. A recurring theme was the financial and legal barriers many face, including the high cost of regular supply, varying state laws that limit access or purchase options, and the need for medical cards, though members remained hopeful that more states would soon approve fibromyalgia as a qualifying condition for medical use.

Actually the oils & tinctures r the best way to get the full benefits from the thx & chest. U loose about 80% of the medical properties once the herb incinerated. A little dab will do ya.
Today is bad... I've been fighting a headache like I don't remember ever having one like this. I have to make a trip to Oregon to get my allotments for another 4 months. I wish I had some now, boy howdy!
Tinctures are easier to make than oil, but I prefer using coconut oil.
Also, DanielleDruggeSprague, I use the canna oil as an ointment withgreat results.

It's amazing how much of a difference cannabis makes as a anti-inflammatory & pain reliever. I have to figure out to keep myself stocked up. I haven't found a prescription drug that works as well.
