Members widely supported exploring cannabis for fibromyalgia pain relief, with many sharing firsthand success using edibles, CBD oil, topical creams, and smoothies made from fresh buds to ease pain, tension, IBS symptoms, and improve mood without getting high. Several members offered practical guidance on finding the right dosage, managing timing around responsibilities like driving and childcare, seeking medical approval or prescription cards where legal, and exploring non-THC CBD options available online or in stores. A recurring theme was frustration with legal barriers and access challenges across different states, paired with genuine encouragement to try it if possible and the shared belief that cannabis can meaningfully improve quality of life for those struggling with severe fibromyalgia.

So for 2 weeks I tryd pot I was unable to smoke it so could only do edibles but if u get the dose right it can help so much with te pain n ur emotional state. I'm going to wrk on getting it approved n a card thing so I can buy it legally. U may have to redoae every 3-4hrs but I'm amazed at how pain free I was and it helped with my IBS bladder tension headache body pain and my moods. I was able to do things and laughed for real cause was so light hearted. If u have such a bad case of fibro like I do and wanna try have a life I woul suggest trying it and if it works get it approved medically.

It does make your body relax. There are websites that show the different strains that help with it. Google it. I have tried different ones. I'm in California. And I would not be able to sleep without it or edibles. I make my own and can control the amount. I like edibles because they help me to relax and sleep but also coherent enough if I have to wake in the middle of the night. And cannabis oil infused in coconut oil is a good topical, that I rub especially on the back of my neck and shoulders. You don't need a lot or to be extreme, but give it a try if you are able. I have lots of responsibilities with lots of kids, they are so demanding, so I just use time management of when it's best to have some.

I use it and it really does help. I prefer not to smoke it but instead use edibles. I find it helps numb the body without numbing the brain. I went through my family doctor who sent me to another who prescribed it. I usually only use it in the evening ad I have to drive for work.

I haven't found any medicinal cbd oil in Britain, but I can get hold of fresh buds. I smoothie them up with banana etc., Helps no end. And because the grass has a job to do , there is no 'high'. It just helps ease the pain
