I've heard it helps, I remember reading about it but that was a long time ago. You can always do a web search... I would be interested in knowing how it helps you.

Many ears ago I was on it. My Dr gave me the name of a book that I read about it and I even ordered cosmetics and personal hygiene products from it. It like most other things, helped for a while. I would not discourage anyone from trying anything at this point. It does not have any side effects and doesn't hurt your other organs.
