@A MyFibroTeam Member, Here are a few that might help you. I recommend you discuss with your naturopath or do research to make sure they are right for you.
Ribose - intended to increase energy. Theory behind this supplement is that fibro patients have gaps in their DNA strands. Ribose is supposed to bind to the gaps and help repair the gaps thereby increasing energy.
Magnesium - magnesium supports seretonin`production which does two things, increases seretonin production (improves energy) and improves daily bowel function (if constipation is an issue).
Drenamin - or some other adrenal gland support supplement. Fibro folks are under constant stress which taxes our adrenal gland function. A supplement may help if you suffer from adrenal gland fatigue.
Ginger - ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory which may help some fibro symptoms.

Finally I avoid foods that increase inflammation like night shades ( potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, sweet potatoes, etc.). I also avoid anything with corn in it and all processed foods. I am still trying to cut out wheat and sugar, those have been harder for me to eliminate. The occasioNally cravings are hard for me to resist when I am feeling down.

If you order supplements online please make sure you research extensively. I always buy made in the US and soy, dairy, gluten free product. Supplements from other countries are often cut with product like sugar, lye, arsenic, etc. Thorne is a good brand if you need a place to start. Also please read lots of product reviews before you buy. This is a very personal decision and you should be fully satisfied that what you are taking is safe for you. I will often times buy first from my naturopath and then see if I can get direct from manufacturer for cheaper.

The good news is supplements rarely have side effects so you can try them with very low risk to you if they don't work. I hope this helps you get started and you find some success in reducing your symptoms.

If you take magnesium look into taking malice acid which helps with absorption and also make sure get magnesium glycenate.

I stated using supplements in Jan. and it has truly helped w/ clarity, energy, inflammation. I also use a patch that has willow bark, coQ10 and the good properties of green tea and coffee bean (no caffeine). I will go find the list. And I agree all made in USA! No corn and gluten free.
