Members shared the challenging reality of working full time with fibromyalgia while supporting families, with many describing the constant use of sick days, reliance on FMLA protections, and the ever-present worry about how long they can sustain their jobs before exhausting their leave or facing potential termination. Several members offered practical strategies that helped them continue working, including medications like Imipramine that treat both fibromyalgia symptoms and other conditions, obtaining short-term and long-term disability insurance as a safety net, and the mindset of simply showing up and putting one foot in front of the other on the hardest days. A recurring theme was the difficult balance between financial necessity and physical limitations, the fear of losing income while being unable to keep up with work demands, and the importance of understanding legal protections under FMLA while also being aware that employers sometimes violate those protections.

That's good, but I would still find another attorney. I've been in front of an ALJ many times as the employer, and unless you had disciplinary actions before your FMLA, you have a strong case, in my opinion.
