Thanks, I was there for 5 yrs im just glad I got the unemployment afterwards. Im glad that part of my life is over.
That's good,but I would still find another attorney. I've been in front of an ALJ many times as the employer, and unless you had disciplinary actions before your FMLA, you have a strong case, in my opinion.
