Blood Testand Results

I have abnormal blood, white blood cell count, Iron, Vitamin D and B12 and something else that I can't remember now. Does anyone else have the same problem?
Apparently having fibromyalgia, we are prone to having a low White Blood Cell Count. I'm curious if this is the case 🤔

I also take Vitamin D, B12 with folic acid and vitamin B complex. I have blood tests taken every 6 months
