For Those With Cfs/fybro And Take Very Little Medication. Anyone Suffering From Cold Sweats At Night?

Im getting cold sweats at night. I know that some medications can give you sweats like antibiotics and codeine but i dont take any of that and im still getting cold seats at night time. Anyone else? What can i do about it?

Supplements And Other Medicine

For those of you who take supplements, do you take them with other medicine.. I am currently taking Tylenol and Lyrica.. I want to start magnesium and turmeric possibly ginger supplements... is it safe?
