I live in Washington state and right now we're experiencing nights in the 40's and days up in the 70's and 80's and the radical temperature changes are kicking my butt! I'm in so much pain I'm having to take pain medicine, which I do not like taking but at this point I have no choice because my pain is so bad right now. I'm just wondering if this bothers anyone else as well. Thank you in advance for any input people may have for me on this topic.
Thanks again, Shelley

I’d never heard of it myself untill I was dignosed a few years ago but basically is a auto immune disease. That basically attacks your thyroid. I am under Heated Blankets during the daytime in 10/10 body pain, listening to affirmations, prayers and meditations on repeat, with a jigsaw on the go. popping in a piece every few hours, then relocating to bed.
Rinse and repeat each day.
