Pelvic pain

I was diagnosed with endometriosis last year and up until now my pain had been ok, as I've been having injections ever 3 months. But the last few weeks I've really been struggling with pelvic pain. My GP sent me for an ultrasound to check for hernia's, but that came back clear. Is there anything else it could be? Or is it just the endometriosis out of control

Thanks

Does anyone have actual experience using this? Because Lyrica isn't helping, doc is going to put me on naltrexone instead.

Does anyone else have fatigue as their primary symptom with fibro?

I see lots of discussion and helpful suggestions about dealing with the pain of fibro, and I do appreciate those. However, for me the fatigue is the most debilitating part. Some days I wake up feeling decent, but just taking a shower wears me out and I need a nap.

Cymbalta - what was or is your experience with it.

I think it should be taken off the market and causes more damage than good. curious how many others have had bad experiences and what you went through. I had horrible side effects and withdrawal symptoms. I think it is a very dangerous drug.

If you look at the side effects on all drugs it would be scary to see.

I'm missing more days at work than actually being productive on the job.
