Iv had the daith piercing for nearly a year and my headaches/migraines have stopped completely but my fibro is still the same as before.. I don’t take any medication for my fibro as it was making me worse, no harm in trying the daith. What may work for some doesn’t for others..
What is daith piercing? I've been taking topiromate twice a day for migraine. Also Ubrelvy (10) per month , Rizotriptan (9 per month) and Botox. Peppermint essential oil on the temples helps and… read more
I was hospitalized a month or so ago do to "stroke like symptoms". I had all signs of a stroke, just no signs of a stroke in all the test they ran. They diagnosed me with Hemiplegic Migraine Headaches. My question is, has anyone here been diagnosed with this, and if so how do you help with the headaches when they are intense and you've had it for a week now?
This was the only relief I have found. I was told the try having my Daiths pierced. The last migraine I had, I was released from the hospital after a weeks worth of every test they could think of &… read more

It all started with a feeling of fullness and pressure in my ears about a year ago. I had a small amount of dizziness every once in a while but nothing crazy. Went to an ENT and he said my ears looked fine. Fast forward to the past couple months and I've had dizziness almost every single day. It seems to always start around the same time of day, a couple hours after I get up and peaks in the late afternoon before slowly decreasing before bed. I thought maybe it was from the medicine I was on… read more
I cannot take what works for muscle spasms due ro the fact that I suffer from addiction. I went off all my meds, except methyadone and a low dose antidpressant and antacid. I do, however suffer greatly with muscle spasms. This is daily and has been for months. I thought it was a bad flare, however I am concerned that this may be something I may have to deal with. Exercise helps, as well as eating healthy, however I am open to suggestions regarding supplements for anti-spasms. Thanks!!!
