If you have had shingles in the past can this be a trigger for fibro.

Hi! Wondering if anyone experiences electrical shocks throughout their body? I get them so badly my body actually moves on it's own. If I get one in bed, my whole body raises off the bed. Once, while drinking a glass of water I got a shock and hit the glass into my teeth. No broken teeth...that time and I hate drinking out of plastic! :)

Should I ask my doctor if I can see a pain specialist?

I am in the process of obtaining medicinal Mary Jane and I am wondering if there is anyone out there in fibro land that has found relief from this route of treatment? If so what strands did you find helpful? What methods of ingesting it did you enjoy the most?

If so, which brand name and which ones did you use? I used to get some relief from mag phos years ago but I stopped using it. I think it was the lactose that was in it that bothered my stomach. I also tried all of them together. They have one that's more expensive than Highlands on Amazon called Jackson cell salts. It's in a glass bottle Etc and doesn't have lactose. was wondering if someone has had success with something pain relief besides narcotics ?

What other methods of pain relief have people tried other than medication? I'll be trying to come off my medication to get pregnant again soon n I wanted to see what people could recommend to try for pain relief

In desperate need of some pin relief methods. I have chronic pain in my neck and across my shoulders and right down to the bottom of the shoulder blades. It was suggested to me the TENS would be of benefit to me but I have no knowledge of what I should and should t be looking about. Can anyone help me out here? Is there a good one to get? Any to stay away from?
