Has anyone experienced sleep paralysis? Last 3 nights as i have been falling asleep. I feel like everything is spinning around in my sleep, had wierd hallucinations and then feel paralysed and want to wake up but cant. Obviously i do wake up but i feel scared and have to turn lights on to calm down. Think had it before but not 2 or 3 nights. Had cortisone injection and huge flare up, been off work. Not sure if that is contributing to it. Wierd!!

Do any of you experience sleep paralysis? I had my 3rd (I think?) episode last night since my 2015 fibro diagnosis. 2. DNA adducts
3.Trace mineral analysis (Minerogram)
Again tonight...it’s very concerning. And research just shows weakness. I’ve had blood work done and shown low vitamin d and hypothyroidism. Is it common to not be able to move parts of your body randomly at night when you’ve done active things (shopping, cleaned out dishwasher and loaded dishes) it’s scares me when I can’t move my legs on my own. It’s a tingly and eventually cold sensation.
How many others go paralyzed for 30 minutes or longer several times a week? I have a great family and I am never left alone. I am getting scared because they are happening more often and lasting longer. My neurologist is calling them spells. I don't drive anymore because I don't want to risk hurting anyone else. I also can't see at times. Thank you in advance for your feedback. God bless everyone.
