Do weighted blankets help with the restless leg syndrome side of fibromyalgia? Has anyone here tried one, and if so which brand is best?

It feels like they're on fire but also pins and needles, and the nerves just build until I have to shake my legs. Ive been told by my herbalist that fibro is linked to the herpes simplex virus (she is convinced !) which the NHS say the majority of the UK population has. It lies dormant then breaks out later in life giving fibro like symptoms. My herbalist is treating me with the antimicrobial herb, Barberry, at the moment for it. So glad I found this site. Guys I have Fibro but recently its gone to my face, like tingling and a weird sensation in my jaw and some slight nerve shooting pains plus watery mouth, does anyone else have this? I am going to see my doctor again next week and ask him for a MRI, I am quite scared of it to be honest. Thank you for reading.
TMJ is part of fibro and it hurts!
