I have tried Naproxen for my pain! It works, but unfortunately I had to stop taking it due to it messing with my Asthma! I had a really bad Fibro Flare once and it took all of it away in minutes! Maybe some of you can try it I don't know! I strongly recommend it though! #FibroWarriorDaily!
Yeah but it's not very effictive for me. It caused more problems than has solved, giving me dyspepsia where acid keeps coming up into my mouth, chest pains and heart palpitations.
I have a Rheumy, GI Specialist, Urologist, Eye Specialist, Ent, Gyn, and I'm waiting to hear from a Neurologist and Spine Specialist. All because of this fibro syndrome. We are prescribed a cocktail of medications for a syndrome that is being disregarded as " all in the head" but the numbers of newly diagnosed patients are at an alarming rate. I've been on Lyrica for 7 years. Does Savella work any better, have worse side effects? I'm thinking of asking my doc about changing. Tell me about Savella!!!
I take lexapro. But want to switch to Savella as it is suppose to help with the pain receptors more would love to know of

My doctor asked me to do research on the new drugs Savella. She said to find people with fibromyalgia who've taken it and see for myself if it works or not. I am very excited about the thought that something can help better than what I wanted. So please, if you've taken it FOR FIbromyalgia let me know your experience! Thank you!

Has anyone been prescribed Savella? If so, how effective is it in managing FM symptoms?
