I didn't want to take due to bipolar could flare up but I'm desparate. Even my neuron tin is not helping. It feels like my body is attacking itself. Horrible. Does Anything take pain away and I can keep some abilities?

Lyrica Helpful Or Harmful?

My neurologist wants to put me on Lyrica but i have heard pretty nasty things about it, and i dont want to gain wait. Im on tramadol now and have been on it for over a year so was looking into maybe taking the lyrica for my fibromyalgia pain instead of the tramadol. Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with lyrica that could share their opinion? I heard its got terrible withdrawl like a benzodiazepine.

The dr. gave me samples of Lyrics & a rx. I took it once & felt crazy & sick.
I am afraid of it. I have fibro pain & neuropathy from shingles. Feel pretty desperate. I sure don’t want the weight gain.

Is There A Particular Medication That Is Working For Your Pain Relief? Exhaustion? Depression? Etc?

Much to my surprise KarolynStanley, when I googled "CA Rocket Fuel", I realized that I was already taking that drug combo & have been for few yrs! I was sad that it isnt working too well for me.

It does help with my pain but makes me very groggy and dizzy the next day. I get so dizzy I'm afraid to drive nearly pass out and I cant work or take care of myboys like that

I also take 5 mg flexural at bedtime.. along with 10 mg elavil...

I had a couple of shots a week ago and the following morning when I woke up, I couldn’t move. My husband lifted my head to give me a pain pill then about 15 minutes later I was able to move limb by limb. Horrible!!!! It happened the following morning also. Needless to say I’m still in pain. Has anyone experienced this PARALYZING PAIN???

My calf muscles are in constant spasm. Also get problems with my feet and problems with knees and wrists. I tend to wake with my knees lock

I Have Been Having Burning And Weakness In My Legs And Pain In My Arms,, If Anyone Have Had These Symptoms What Do You Do To Relieve It

My dr has diagnosed me with fibro but I also may have lupus, My legs calves have been burning for over a year only when I stand on them, Now my arm is as well. Has anyone suffered with this? What have you done to ease the pain.

I have also used voltaren cream it helps a little also and I was told last night to try fish oil.
