My docs have me on the max dose of lyrics and although the pain is better it's still more than I can manage most days. My doctors are afraid if I were to up my lyrica dose anymore I'd experience rebound pain however no one can really explain to me what that is or how it presents it's self.
I am allergic to lyca (my tongue swells up) and the doctor has tried a couple other meds (sleeping meds) but they make my legs tingle and don't work very well on the fibro symptoms is there another medication that that works like Lyrica
I would like to know if any one has had any trouble on a large dose of Lyrical as I think it is too much I was taking 75gm and went to my Doctor with the complaint that I can not take this pain any more and she increased the Lyrical to . 4times the amount. I am almost at the limit allowed and I am frightened what happens next.
My chemist tried me on a new Irish version of pregablin as it was 50e cheaper than Lyrica. Within two days this unfortunately caused a severe reaction of blisters and hive like skin irritation all over my body. I literally got covered in this and my face and lips swelled. I immediately stopped taking the medication and switched back to Lyrical but I'm still fighting the rash and the doctor thinks it could be the stuffing in the actual pills themselves which is protein and starch.
