Why isn't osteopathic manipulation on this list? It makes more sense for people with FMS than chiropractic because it involves manipulation of soft tissues rather than just cracking joints.

I am seeing a neck surgeon about having neck surgery. A lot of family and friends have there own opinions about this. Some for it and some highly against it. If they knew pain I'm in they would probably want surgery too. Would you all recommend surgery or not?

My mental went into crazy. Depression, anxiety, anger,snippy, crying. Jut not wanting to wake up. I've coming back to my self the last week. I tried chiropractor but they couldnt help as i had sudden intense pain when he pressed done on part of my spine, since had an xray and there is arthritis there. Shame i couldnt continue with trying this treatment. Its expensive in the UK also, 50 a session.
