Has anyone used acupuncture or chiropractic care? I've been to a chiropractor once to pop my hip back in place, think I may need that again as well as something for my lower back, feels like something is out of place.
Was in car accident. In a lot of pain. Lawyer sent me to chiropractic I am very nervous with about this. Will this irritate my fibromyalgia or cause worse pain or flare ups? Should I be worried about the treatment?
My chiropractor has been trained in Neurologic Relief Center Technique which consists of applying pressure at specific points at the back of the skull. I am wondering if others have found chiropractic care and/or NRCT, more specifically, helpful.
I know that I can rarely tolerate even the lightest massage, which is a shame because I am a trained and ralented massage therapist. I am also a strong believer in chiropractic care. I think I might be able to withstand a chiropractic adjustment. Has anyone tried and how was it.
