Chiropractic Trwatments

I know that I can rarely tolerate even the lightest massage, which is a shame because I am a trained and ralented massage therapist. I am also a strong believer in chiropractic care. I think I might be able to withstand a chiropractic adjustment. Has anyone tried and how was it.

Has Anyone Went To A Chiropractor And Then Have A Bad Flare Up The Day After?

Has Anyone Went To A Chiropractor And Then Have A Bad Flare Up The Day After?

I went to a Chiropractor for the first time on Friday. I felt great when I left. Sat I began to have an awful flare up. I can hardly walk and my legs, hips, back and shoulders are killing me. I am suppose to go back on Monday and I am not sure I should.
This Chiropractor told me I did not have fibromyalgia and that once he got my back aligned the pain will stop.

No. I have regular chiropractic. It's normal to be sore the day after, and then feel better.
