Our instinct is to use pure strength and force to proceed and to progress. However fibromyalgia changes everything. I created this from my own words and thoughts to try to remind myself that recovery requires tenderness and gentleness. I wanted to share it in case anyone else needed to hear it❤️🌿☯️

Thanks everyone . Fibro fog was real for 2 continuous years but now I'm finding my way back writing again. I wanted to try it and make sure I am on the right path. My best to all🌿🌈

Kathy, I am too guilty of not being nice to my body. I’ll have a good day and I end up pushing myself more than what I should. Thank you for the reminder. 😊
