This is so true! I don't see anything for travel time, and that is a real killer for me. If it's more than 30 minutes at a time on the road, my week is shot.
I recently started using Juno Chronic Illness Support app, which helps track energy, pain and other symptoms, medication & there is a community board. Finding it useful.
I am always surprised at how a lovely day with a friend leaves me unable to do anything but sit in front of the television. I figured out that a day between events seems more reasonable for my body. Planning is tricky.
I think it depends if I have just eaten i feel a lot more tired when I do a chore or if I have had some medicine say painkillers I can manage a bit better but there are also other factors to include like the temperature can affect your mood and whether you feel more tired or not too but I can relate to some of those things on the sheet you put up!
Yeah, I know the feeling, I find it hard enough just getting out of bed in the morning. Usually, the night before, I have a terrible time trying to get to sleep and staying asleep, usually I end up taking little cat naps but by the time I have to get up in the morning, I am totally wiped out just from trying to sleep at night.
I find also that I don't have to the energy to do the fun things that I used to do alone things like cleaning my house or other necessary things that I have to do like normal household chores and things. I do at least try but then I am in so much pain that I eventually quit doing those things. I am usually too proud to ask for help, but am learning that if I don't ask, nothing gets done.
Anyway, I'm sending a gentle hug to any of you who need it.
